Sorry folks, I know you were looking forward to taking your book test today but it looks like we'll have to wait until Monday. I will still provide you with your essay prompt and you should write a working draft for Tuesday.
If you are inclined to do some extra studying, here's what you can focus on. I've broken the test into 8 sections. I will include the titles of each section so that you can organize your review of the material:
-Characterization of Races
-Literary Analysis
--passage analysis
-Cultural Context
-Blues Lyrics
-Concept Circles (Terms)
-The Role of Language
